Product Description 3M™ Strapping Tape 860 is a general-use, tensilized tape designed with a polypropylene backing and a synthetic rubber resin adhesive. The adhesive offers good shear strength on fiberboard surfaces and the polypropylene backing provides abrasion, moisture and scuff resistance.
