Leave your mark with custom printed tape from TapeCase. Our flexographic tape printing allows you to put your logo, brand imagery or important messaging directly onto your tape. This is ideal for packaging tape, including carton sealing tape and water activated kraft tape. We offer low minimum order quantities (MOQs) and quick turnaround time to get your products to market faster.
Our Flexographic Tape Printing Capabilities
Flexographic tape printing is a process in which flexible plates are used to print directly onto a variety of substrate materials. Plates are made using a special polymer and are then mounted onto a cylinder that rotates and creates the image on the tape material. You simply provide the artwork, and we do the rest! We are also able to assist in recreating image files as needed.
TapeCase can provide custom printed tapes in widths from 24mm (1") up to 288mm (12"). We can print up to three different colors. This gives you more flexibility when trying to create your logo or other brand imagery. We can also do PMS color matching to help ensure your custom printed tape meets your exact specifications.
Materials for Flexographic Tape Printing
TapeCase can print on the following materials, giving you more options to create the perfect look for your products.
• Water activated kraft tape
Types of ink used in our flexographic printing process:
• Water-based ink
Flexographic tape printing uses plates to create images. This also creates a small seam where the ends of the plate meet and the image repeats. But there is another way. TapeCase also offers seamless printing using laser engraved cylinders to eliminate that seam and create a continuous image. For example, if you want white tape printed with a continuous, uninterrupted red line, seamless flexographic printing provides an answer.
Convey your message and leave a lasting impression with custom printed tape from TapeCase. Our flexographic printing capabilities can be customized to meet your needs.
