Product Description | 3M 8810 Thermally Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape provides an efficient heat transfer path between heat generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices; only pressure is needed to form an excellent bond and thermal interface. The acrylic interface tape consists of a ceramic filled pure Adhesive film, the tape is highly conformable and offers good gap filling. Eliminate long cure times and fixturing of liquid Adhesives, use in electronic devices, for general heat dissipation in devices, and for bonding/joining parts in electronic products. The thermally conductive interface tape provides a high bond and high temperature Adhesion to smooth as well as rough and hard to stick surfaces, works well for the attachment of heat sinks and heat spreaders to difficult to Adhesiveere surfaces. 3M 8805, 8810, 8815 and 8820 provide the highest mechanical strength of 3M’s thermally conductive Adhesive transfer tapes, use for thin bonding applications requiring a high bond strength, use for bonding heat sinks, heat spreaders and other cooling devices to IC packages, power transistors and other heat generating components.
