Product Description Scotch® Filament Tape Dispenser H131 is a hand-held dispenser that cuts and buffs filament tape with one motion. It is designed for sealing and reinforcing boxes using L-clips and C-clips of tape. The hand brake allows tension control for tight, secure reinforcing and bundling.
