| Product Description | 3M 4412N Extreme Sealing Tape is a translucent white ionomer film with a thick acrylic adhesive designed for a wide variety of difficult sealing applications especially where weather exposure is a concern. Thick, tacky acrylic adhesive creates an immediate seal with no cure time, designed to seal over existing joints, seams or penetrations. Highly conformable, creates an effective seal over contours, edges rivets and screw heads; ideal solution for "roof-to-trim" sealing and sealing around roof top mechanical fasteners on commercial vehicles, eliminating the need for large quantities of liquid sealants. Good long term outdoor durability; use to seal downspouts and window vents for watertight seams in the harshest weather. Tough yet flexible and abrasion resistant, use to patch trailers, commercial containers, RV roofs and metal enclosures. Simple to apply, does not require sophisticated tools or caulk guns, provides an easy solution for sealing sky lights. |
